Terms of Service

By placing an order on brokertires.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Some features require an account, created via our identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that any item is in stock or that the price displayed is error-free. We may cancel an order at our discretion if a pricing or stock error is discovered after checkout, and we will refund any charges in full.

You are responsible for verifying tire size, vehicle compatibility, load rating, speed rating, and other specifications before purchase. See our Disclaimers for product image and information notices.

Submitting an order through the Site is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we charge your payment method and send an order-confirmation email. Tax and fees (including the Florida New Tire Fee) are computed at checkout and shown on your order confirmation.

Tires are shipped via FedEx Ground from our warehouse partner directly to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct; re-routing fees may apply for changes after dispatch.

Mobile installation is available within the service areas we publish at the time of your order. Appointment times are estimates and may be rescheduled for weather or operational reasons. The address you provide must be safe and accessible for installation work.

See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full terms. In short: unmounted tires may be returned within 30 days; tires that have been mounted, balanced, or installed cannot be returned.

New tires are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty. We are not the manufacturer and do not extend warranties of our own. Claims under a manufacturer warranty are processed through the brand directly — see our Warranty Policy.

Broker Tires is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with any manufacturer unless specifically stated; all trademarks belong to their respective owners. See our Disclaimers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, brokertires.com and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Broker Tires is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, incorrect tire selection, or damages caused by installation performed by third parties. By purchasing, you acknowledge responsibility for selecting the correct product and using qualified installation services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
