Warranty Policy

All tires sold by Broker Tires are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage is provided by the tire manufacturer according to their specific warranty terms.

Broker Tires may assist customers with warranty-related questions; however, we do not replace or modify manufacturer warranty policies. We are not the manufacturer and do not extend warranties of our own.

Warranty claims may require inspection by an authorized service location, and the final determination and any prorated replacement is made by the manufacturer. To start a claim, have your order number, the DOT code from the tire sidewall, and tread-depth photos ready. See also our Returns & Refunds policy (Defective tires) and Terms of Service.
